Brrrrrrrrrr............

As I write this I see that it is 15 degrees at the cabin! It's been very cold there for the past couple of weeks but this weekend is supposed to get down into the single digits!

That would be OK if I were there because the wood stove puts out tons of heat and we have plenty of wood. (Remember the tornado??) We've never been there when it had snow on the ground. That has to be a pretty sight.

Although, with the very steep driveway you'd have to think about keeping your car at the top of the hill. Wouldn't want to get so much snow you couldn't get out of there!

That's something I don't have to worry about here in St Petersburg, but we're looking forward to the day when we are living closer to the cabin and can go there more often.
