See, I told you it was a working outhouse! My sister-in-law April posed for this on her first visit to the cabin. She's not a shy person. She's also doing her impression of "The Crane". I told her I had to change batteries and to hold that position for 5 minutes.
Most of Kim's family has visited us at the cabin. We just have to get a few nieces, nephews and her brother Jimmie there to complete the immediate family. If we start branching off down the family tree then we have another hundred or so people!
Last week it was very cold there. Around eight degrees at night and only upper 20's during the day. But this week it's warmed up and right now it's 60 degrees. I'm looking forward to doing some more post-tornado cleanup and will try to get there sometime in early February. Come and visit me and I'll put you to work.
Don't forget to leave a comment if you're reading this on a regular basis. I'd love to know I'm not just writing this for me to read!
